Approach

Independence is a structure, not a promise.

Plenty of firms describe themselves as vendor-neutral while earning margin on what they recommend. Innovide has no product line, no reseller agreements, and no referral fees. Our independence is built into how the business makes money, which is the only place it can be relied on.

Operating principles

Six commitments that shape every engagement.

Vendor-agnostic, structurally

No resale, no referral fees, no partner tiers, no quotas. When Innovide recommends a tool it is because it fits your problem — and you are free to hear that you do not need one at all.

Services only, by design

Innovide sells advice and nothing else. There is no product roadmap that our recommendations quietly serve.

Senior practitioners only

Every engagement is delivered by senior people. Nothing is handed down to a junior bench once the engagement letter is signed, because Innovide does not staff one.

Deliverables you own and can use

Documents written for your organization, in your language, that keep working after the engagement closes. Not a slide template with your logo pasted on it.

Right-sized to the organization

A program designed for a 5,000-person bank will fail in a 60-person company. Controls should match the risk, the resources, and the culture actually available.

Plain language

If a finding cannot be explained to your CFO in two sentences, it is not finished. Precision and jargon are not the same thing.

How an engagement runs

Predictable from first call to handover.

  1. Conversation

A no-charge call to understand the pressure you are under — a customer requirement, a board question, an incident, a growth step. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need to hire anyone, and we will say so. If you are mid-incident, this step compresses to whatever the situation allows.

  2. Scope and proposal

A written proposal with defined scope, deliverables, timeline, and price — a fixed price for scoped project work, a monthly or annual figure for a retainer, or an agreed rate and hour block for on-call. You approve the commercial terms before work starts; for urgent on-call work that is a short written confirmation rather than a full proposal, so nothing waits on paperwork.

  3. Delivery

The work itself, with a regular check-in so nothing lands as a surprise at the end. Findings are shared as they emerge, not held back for a reveal.

  4. Handover

Deliverables walked through with the people who will use them, plus a prioritized action plan with owners. You keep the source files.

On scope and fit

Innovide is deliberately focused. We take on engagements we can deliver well and decline the ones we cannot, and we would rather say that early than discover it halfway through a statement of work.

Saying so costs us a project. Not saying so costs you a year.

If your problem calls for a penetration testing crew, a forensics lab, or a large implementation team, we will tell you at the first call and, where we can, point you toward people who do that work properly.

The upside of that focus is directness. The people who scope the work are the people who deliver it, so nothing is lost in translation between the proposal and the engagement, and the seniority you were sold is the seniority that shows up. Fees reflect the absence of overhead you would otherwise be funding.

Where capacity is a genuine constraint, we say so before a proposal rather than after. Availability is finite, and we would rather lose the work than deliver it thin.

Engagement models

Three, and no more. You will know the commercial terms before work begins — including when the work starts the same day.

Monthly or annual

Retainer

A standing commitment of time, contracted on a monthly or an annual term. Best for virtual CISO and CIO work, for incident response retainers, and for anyone who wants continuity rather than a document drop. Annual terms suit organizations that want the planning horizon; monthly suits those testing the fit first.

Priced up front

Fixed scope

A defined piece of work — an assessment, a program build, a tabletop, a governance workshop, an executive briefing — with deliverables, timeline, and price agreed in writing before anything starts. No hourly meter running.

Time and materials

On-call advisory

For organizations that need help now and have no retainer in place. A suspected breach, a customer escalation, a regulator asking questions, a decision that cannot wait for a proposal cycle. No prior relationship required and nothing to sign in advance — billed against the hours you actually use, and we will say early if what you need is a forensics firm rather than an advisor.

Start with a conversation.

No charge, no obligation, and no pitch deck. Tell us what is putting pressure on you and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
