Privacy notice
Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and tracks nobody. The only information collected is what you type into the contact form, and it goes to one inbox.
Who this covers
This notice applies to Innovide, LLC ("Innovide", "we", "us") and the website at innovide.com. Questions about it can go to hello (at) innovide (dot) com.
What is collected
Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization, area of interest, and message you provide. The submission also records the IP address and country the request came from, which is used to investigate abuse of the form and nothing else.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not build a profile of visitors. There is no newsletter list and no marketing automation behind the form. The one typeface the site uses is served from this domain rather than from a font CDN, so simply loading a page does not announce your visit to any third party.
How it is used
Solely to read your message and reply to it, and where a conversation follows, to correspond about a potential engagement. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.
Who else touches it
Two service providers are involved in getting your message to us, and both act on our instructions only:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, the challenge that keeps automated submissions out. Turnstile is used because it works without cookies and without tracking visitors across sites.
- Resend delivers the form submission to our inbox as an email.
How long it is kept
Form submissions arrive as email and are retained in our mailbox. Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within 24 months. Records connected to an actual engagement are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal, tax, and professional obligations afterward.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. There is no database and no customer data store behind this website — submissions are relayed to email and are not written to any storage operated by Innovide. Client information handled during engagements is governed by the confidentiality terms of the relevant engagement agreement rather than by this notice.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello (at) innovide (dot) com and we will handle it directly. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honor those requests regardless of whether a specific law applies to us.
If you would rather not use the form at all, email us directly — that is an equally good way to get in touch.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
